¡Me encanta!, porque:
Dear Angella,
I wish to thank you for the travel plans.
The only problems were the hotel in Macchu Picu with the rooster waking us up at 1am, 3am, and 5am, and not knowing which airlines was flying us out to the Galapagos. It was kind of scary when we asked for out tickets, and being told that there was no record of us traveling, until my son found out that we were at the wrong airline (we were told by the guide to go to counter 3, and it was counter 8 that was our airline).
The islands you sent us to were a wonderful experience! The guide was informative, and the lunches were very good. The Hotel Silverstein was very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was good.
The food in Peru, especially the buffet at the restaurant in the Sacred Valley was wonderful. The best restaurant which my family raved about was the one in the Sacred Valley. Please send all your visitors to that one!
They will love you for it! My children and I could not stop talking about it.
My daughter and I went to explore the old town part of Lima on out last day, and had a wonderful experience seeing the military band perform in front of the church, and seeing the fair.
I appreciated the fact that your contacts were following us when the plane had electrical problems, and knew about our delays. It was good knowing that you knew what was happening to us.
I appreciated all the guides you gave us.
I did become sick with altitude sickness in Cusco. The tea did not help. I drank several cups of it. One of the tourist recommended the white/red capsules which worked well, but took time. I would recommend that future tourist see their doctor before coming to Cusco for a script of Diamox, if they can have it to reduce the likelihood of this happening to them. My daughter had a slight case, but my son was not affected by it. I should have asked the hotel for oxygen.
We did take a side excursion to Isabella with another agency on Sunday, and that was not a wise choice, for the sea was too choppy, and the boat had problems. So we learned our lesson-to stock to your plans, Angella!
I will recommend you to anyone who asks for the best agency to go to if visiting South America.
In the future, I might want to return to Peru to see the rain forest, I will email you for your help.
Take care, and best wishes!
I hope that my daughter, Anna, did not give you a hard time!
PS I wish that I had the opportunity to stay longer.
