In March 2010, my wife and I bought 2 beautiful (one for each of us)Panama Hats from Homero Ortega in Quito.\n\nMine, after only fews days of wearing it got torn.\n\nI left 2 emails on their site, to no avail.\n\nI call the store last November (2011) and told the lady on the phone that I will send the hat to be repaired or reimplaced.\n\nI sent the hat and as of today (more than 3 months after I sent them the hat) February 2012, they kept my hat and never send me another or fix mine.\nHow do you call that ?\n\nA very angry and frustrated customer.\n\nJack Leger
