Macho Scooter Rentals/ Tropical Travel Bonaire was a TERRIBLE company to deal with- AVOID!! >>>>We rented a scooter from these folks. DURING our "lesson" where they teach you how to ride the scooter, we FELL OFF, hurt ourselves & scratched the scooter. Even though this occurred DURING a lesson- they blamed us, and they CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD, WITHOUT APPROVAL!... for HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS in charges-- for minor scratches-- ( even though WE PURCHASED THEIR INSURANCE!!)>>>>> This was a TERRIBLE situation. These people were EXTREMELY RUDE and obnoxious. I even had to call the police due to the situation. They began to lie (first they said you MUST have experience to ride scooters and that they do NOT instruct folks how to ride their scooters... later they said they DO show folks how to ride scooters since the majority of their customers are first timers... they lied, the forged documents, and submitted charges that we could not have removed... this almost ruined our entire trip)AVOID THEM!!
