Hello everyone! Please do not use this company! First, I had booked airport transfers through them for my trip to Barbados. Upon arriving, they had no car for me...fine. The rep there, and this is not a joke--called a friend of his to drive us !! I mentioned this to CDI, and was told that they don't care--as long as they move us it could be anyone (this was relayed to me via orbitz). I ask you--how comfortable would you be having this happen to you?On my return back to the airport, they were 45 minutes late. My hotel (The Crane) called them 3 times to see where they were. When the driver gets there i asked why he was late--he literally said "they schedule me for mutiple jobs at the same time"--yes--you read this right--they are guaranteeing that half the people will be late....I have taken to these reviews because CDI said they had no interest in returning my money, which no legitimate company would do. I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
